This article is or was the subject of a Wiki Education Foundation-supported course assignment. A global source of scientific and technology information, which was introduced in 1999 for public institutions, especially Brazilian researchers to approach as well as amend curricula, projects, and other data (Pacheco, 2012). With 2.765 million CVs of S&T researchers, the Lattes platform has become the most important human resource management system in Brazil. The insights learned during its construction should help China establish a consistent database system for human resources in science, technology, and education(Gao et al., 2014).
