Page should be split

This page contains information on two unreleated bands called Last Tribe and should be split for the benefit of both articles. I'm fairly new to editing Wikipedia: can I go ahead and make the change or should it be discussed first? I'll wait a while for any response here before making any changes. Last Tribe (Swedish band) was moved to this page per WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. Prior to this page move, it was a disambiguation page, but now only one article exists on English Wikipedia under this name, per the deletion of Last Tribe (American band). North America¹⁰⁰⁰ 09:53, 31 December 2016 (UTC)
