removing POV tag with no active discussion per Template:POV edit
I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:

Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, however, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues. Proposed move to L.A. Johnson edit
In any Neil Young related context, his name is consistently given as L.A. Johnson, including Young's webpage and each of his two books. I think the page should be moved there. I decided to post here for discussion first. Alcuin (talk) 15:15, 29 December 2023 (UTC)
