in 'Anemities'

"The trail is very well marked with kilometre posts (though often inaccurate)"

What does that ("inaccurate") mean? - This seems to contradict the "very well (marked)", and is therefore confusing.

(Or) Is this ("inaccurate") just the opinion/ notion of 'nerds' who complain already if/when the post isn't on the exact mm/cm/metre, (or the totally exact satellite-coordinates, or something like that,) which would not trouble "normal" people at all?

"boil water" <> "no fires"?

Another confusing thing: Water is to be boiled OR treated with tablets, but no fires are allowed - how can people boil anything without either electricity or fire?

Does that mean in reality water has to be, exclusively, treated chemically, as boiling is impossible, or does it mean that campfires on the ground are forbidden, but flames of small (e.g. gas- or alcohol-fuelled) "camping stoves"/burners are allowed?

Maybe someone could write this a little clearer (for the general audience - maybe people who hike such trails a lot do know without more clarification, but not every Wikipedia reader is such an expert in that field but interested anyhow)?
