Justification for my large cleanup edit

  • Removed the text about the Gulf of Policastro, can't find a reference for it and not really important anyway. Mentioning the Tyrrhenian Sea is more informative.
  • Write that Laüs was located near the river, close to the coast. I've invested a lot of time in looking for more info on Laüs and figured out that the ruins simply haven't been found. If I'm wrong I'd be very interested in a source to prove it.
  • Don't mention provinces, regions are adequate. That's how I see it's done in other articles for rivers. Mentioning a place, province and region makes sentences too long.
  • The Argentino can be seen on Google Maps (albeit without a name), but I can't find the other tributaries which are mentioned in the Italian article.
  • The Italian Wikipedia article claims the mouth is located in the territory of Scalea, if you click with the right mouse button on the river's mouth in Bing Maps it also says Scalea.
  • The Italian article has more info, but without references, so I didn't translate everything. --AlexanderVanLoon (talk) 22:35, 9 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
