Moved from Lanier County, GA edit

I moved this information from the Lanier County page. Whenever someone creates the pages for the respected schools then this information may be moved there.

Crossroads School serves students from the city of Lakeland as well. It provides a special curriculum offering a more flexible program of study than a traditional school setting. There is also another smaller private high school, Southern Christian Academy located within the county.

Lanier County Middle School is the only middle school in the county and it serves grades (6-8). LCMS has received special recognition for being ranked as one of the top 10 middle schools for math in the state of Georgia in 2009.
Lanier County Elementary School currently serves grades (PK-5) and is a recipient of numerous academic success awards including: Jostens Renaissance Award for having the United State's top Elementary School Renaissance Program in 2006 and again in 2007. LCES has received the IRA Exemplary Reading Program Excellence Award and has also been featured in Time Magazine for it many academic accomplishments.
Lanier County Primary School is a new school that will open its doors in the fall of 2009, serving grades (3-5).
All public schools in Lanier County are SACS accredited.
