I have removed the book excerpts from this article per my interpretation of fair use and the context of the citation. Relevant, I believe, is

Cite What? edit
The entire article comprises three sentences plus a reference to the book. Yet it carries a "This article does not cite any sources" banner. How would one cite a source for this (other than the book reference)? rowley (talk) 06:25, 19 January 2016 (UTC)
