- Yes, it is located in the midst of the dark area on this map. That also says Portland is #3 of large cities with most days of rain and that Laurel Mountain (Oregon) is #2 wettest average. Since blog appears in your URL, it could be weak as a reliable source, but surely the source of that comment might be authoritative. —EncMstr (talk) 16:21, 6 August 2016 (UTC)
