Mine-Free Israel article was moved inexplicably from AfC, when the text and sources were not about 'Mine-Free Israel' (the LA Times article briefly mentions Dian Or but no mention of his alleged organization). All the same the content seems valid as a history of the campaigns to clear landmines in the country, so I've moved the article to a more suitable title (and reworded the intro).
