Should Germany be there? The article is otherwise for place names in English, if foreign names are allowed then it can open up a whole can of worms - e.g. Griechenland for Greece (in German), Pays de Galles for Wales (in French), China calls itself "Middle Land". Sam 02:50, 10 April 2015 (UTC)
