Use in PTSD edit

While I have great respect for the work done by Cochrane, I have seen far too many patients improve with PTSD symptoms especially if they have co-occurring bipolar disorder. The avoidance doesn't usually improve, but the irritability, impulsivity, and anger/hyper-arousal usually improve. I'm unaware of any RCTs or much work in general done with this, but a number of colleagues have noticed the same. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 132.239.142.131 (talk) 23:56, 13 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

Sleep disturb % is misstated. edit

Not, "However, a retrospective study of 109 patients' medical records found that 6.7% of patients experienced an "alerting effect" resulting in intolerable insomnia, for which the treatment had to be discontinued. (65)"

It's only 6.4%.
