The 1986 Pulitzer Prize for International Reporting was awarded to Lewis M. Simons, Pete Carey and Katherine Ellison of San Jose (CA) Mercury News "For their June 1985 series that documented massive transfers of wealth abroad by President Marcos and his associates and had a direct impact on subsequent political developments in the Philippines and the United States." [1] No mention of any contribution from Lamberto Alvarez. See the references they are the articles themselves and in 1986 the Pulitzer folks did not list, but acknowledged them. I will go through this thing more tomorrow and make it less of resume sounding deal and fix the references.--Fishing464 (talk) 00:24, 19 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
