The article mentions a "former" hospital, but it seems that the hospital is very much alive. http://www.schweitzerfellowship.org/features/lamb/ talks about physicians spending time there since the 1990s.

I believe that there is a newer hospital, but the article discusses the former hospital, now a museum. Warofdreams 11:51, 26 July 2005 (UTC)Reply

According to this map and also Google Maps, Lambarene is located at another position than it can be seen on the map in the article. --84.185.93.115 (talk) 10:04, 11 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

It seems to be shown on the wrong side of the Equator. The latitude should be 0°41′18″ S instead of 0°41′18″ N as listed on the page and shown on he map. Sadharan (talk) 00:15, 8 April 2009 (UTC)Reply
