relevance of alma mater and fight songs to wikipedia

I believe as a student that the history, alma mater, fight songs, and traditions of a high school are as relevant to Wikipedia as any other college, university, or other institutions histories are.

Terri Garr

Summer Erb

New enough to Wikipedia to still be learning things, but could we add Summer Erb as notable alumnus? Class of 1995. Professional athlete - 11th draft pick in 2000 draft for WNBA, played for the Charlotte Sting. Added her in the list. Generally, the rule of thumb is to look and see if an article exists on the person. In this case, there was one already created (Summer Erb) and her WNBA profile mentions she went to LHS, so I added that as a citation. The UNCA link doesn't mention her connection to LHS and her Wikipedia article simply says she was born in Lakewood, so the WNBA profile was needed to verify it for this article. --JonRidinger (talk) 04:33, 12 May 2013 (UTC)
