"In 1979, Prince Andrew attended the school for a term as an exchange student from Gordonstoun School, Moray, Scotland, starting a long lasting relationship that continues to this day. "

Unclear if the relationship meant is between Lakefield and Prince Andrew or between Lakefield and Gordonstoun. Can someone check please?

You removed all mention of the prince. I don't see why he shouldn't be mentioned in the summary, he is vary famous alum and patron of the school.--Mvqr (talk) 12:43, 11 August 2021 (UTC)

Lakefield has many notable alum that are mentioned in the list near the bottom of the page. There's no reason to list them in the summary, which should focus on the school today and what it offers in terms of programming, amenities, and features.User:Emoorelcs 12:54, 11 August 2021 (UTC)

The Duke of York is no longer a volunteer or patron; he stepped away from all public duties and is no longer associated with Lakefield College School. To be factually accurate, this line should be removed. I like the addition and the information that he stopped in 2019. The Royal gift was suggested above as well. I think it should be included. VViking_TalkEdits 14:38, 11 August 2021 (UTC)

If the Duke of York is left in the summary because of his notoriety, then other notable alum should also be listed in this section as well (i.e. HM Felipe VI of Spain, King of Spain).Emoorelcs (talk) 16:07, 11 August 2021 (UTC)
