Removal from category - explanation edit

This is to explain why I have removed this article from Category:Lakes of Asia by country. It is container category and as such should only contain other categories, not individual articles. In any case, this article would not really fit the category which is for lake grouped by country rather than individual lakes. Equally article is already in Category:Lakes of Iran which is in Category:Lakes of Asia by country. Dunarc (talk) 22:57, 18 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
