• Probably requires full RM since e.g. Laisvės alėja is small 'a' in Lonely Planet Lithuania, and seems usual for Lithuanian street names. In ictu oculi (talk) 01:00, 3 June 2013 (UTC)
• The street's article has a capital A in all mentions of the street, so I was just wondering if the article could be moved because of that. In Lithuanian there is no tradition to write second common name in capital letters (while persons name etc are). Thus, it is Laisvės alėja not Laisvės Alėja. [1] M.K. (talk) 15:41, 3 June 2013 (UTC)

• What matters is what the street is called in reliable English sources. The tradition in Lithuanian, or lack thereof, isn't directly relevant. At best, Lithuanian sources could substitute if no English sources are available. Knight of Truth (talk) 01:11, 14 June 2013 (UTC)

Lonely Planet is written in English. Less often other English sources also have Laisvės Alley Laisvės alley Laisves Alley Laisves alley, but if we're going to use the Lithuanian name then per WP:EN "Portuguese for Brazilian towns" then the article can stay at Laisvės alėja. There's evidently no consensus to give a Lithuanian street name an English capitalization. In ictu oculi (talk) 03:21, 14 June 2013 (UTC)
