The lead section is precise and to the point. It has a good intro but it does mention something that is not mentioned anywhere else in the article. The content is relevant but it does not mention information that I know off the top of my head. The tone is neutral, fair, and impartial. It does not try to sway anyone's opinion in any way but to be fair there is not really any opinions that could be swayed in this topic.
Most of the links work but one is just to an ISBN that I can't find.
