So interesting! I'm a foodie... love the trend of the blurred line between savory/salty/sweet. Rufulus has a great niche there :) For the article, just two little things:

• Mention edibility in the lead.

• About the latex, article says "tastes acrid", but the file description for File:Lactarius rufulus edit 7959.jpg says "sugarwater". We'll go with your source, but double check :) Rcej (Robert) - talk 05:50, 26 July 2010 (UTC)
