Someone with expertise in dance could improve this article by discussing her technique(s), their relation to the traditions from which she was drawing, and the like. Likewise someone who knows how to create footnotes with pinpointed page references can add them to the footnotes citing her biography.
In addition Ruyter lists her birth year as 1899; everyone else says 1898. Since Ruyter has written her biography, based on a review of her papers, I would treat Ruyter as the last word, if it were not for the fact that her headstone says 1898. Since headstones are sometimes wrong, I am still sticking with Ruyter until someone with the time and resources discovers both Ruyter and I are wrong.RootlessIrishman (talk) 23:01, 28 May 2023 (UTC)
