La Costena is not affiliated with Avianca edit
That's a completely independent airline. It has its own website, where you can book domestic flights within Nicaragua. It serves a total of 12 destinations in Nicaragua. The only destination in Nicaragua served by Avianca is Managua and all Avianca flights from Managua Airport are operated by either TACA Airlines (or Avianca El Salvador - IATA code TA) or Aviateca (or Avianca Guatemala - IATA code GU).
