No consensus to move. Vegaswikian (talk) 02:31, 7 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

LTELTE (disambiguation) – It seems most visitors to the page will be interested in the wireless communication standard. So I propose LTE redirect to 3GPP Long Term Evolution and that page refer interested reader to LTE (disambiguation). Cedars (talk) 13:04, 31 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

  • Support I disambiguated this term several hundred times (at least, it is on my weekly dab list) and indeed almost none of them were to anything but 3GPP Long Term Evolution. As such, it qualifies for WP:PRIMARYTOPIC, namely it is "highly likely—much more likely than any other topic, and more likely than all the other topics combined—to be the topic sought when a reader searches for that term." --Muhandes (talk) 14:33, 31 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
  • Oppose. Electronic communications technology is a topic which tends to be well-covered on Wikipedia, but the fact that articles in the comms field are more numerous and well-developed than those in other fields does not necessarily mean that this is what our readers are looking for. The London Tests of English are widely known all over the world to those learning English, and the London Transport Executive (which existed in two incarnations over nearly 40 years) remains widely known as the provider of public trasport to ne of the world's major cities. --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 17:05, 31 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
  • Oppose as overly recentist, per the exam and the airline which are also significant. Not much is hurt by keeping this as a dab page. – Pnm (talk) 17:19, 1 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

LTELTE (disambiguation) – There was a previous move request which failed due to the subject being too recent. However, LTE is now popular in several countries and is most likely what readers are looking for if they are searching LTE. This would also include moving LTE (telecommunication) to LTE. People might have different views, but LTE is now a worldwide telecommunications standard. IMO, it is the primary subject. Vacationnine 17:19, 18 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
  • Oppose – an ambiguous TLA should go to a disambig page. Dicklyon (talk) 03:48, 20 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
