I've redirected the Article page to Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Over time, this topic may become more notable, but until then there is no need for a stand-alone article, and meanwhile, development can continue at the target of the redirect. Note that the sentence, "Student membership is open to second and third year law students" has the appearance of using the encyclopedia for WP:Promotion, which should be avoided.
