Supposed wheel theft edit

Supposedly the driving wheels have been stolen.

42859 is stored at RAF Binbrook. It was due to be moved to Sellindge in Kent by the end of November 2012, but thieves had stolen the driving wheels in the first week of November, a matter of days prior to the locomotive being re-erected in preparation for road transport. The locomotive is now subject to court injunction whilst the theft of the wheels is investigated.

This post at http://railways.national-preservation.com suggest they were stolen for scrap. Other posts suggest that they were legally sold off by the landlord. This post refers to a court injunction to prevent scrapping. Injunction is supposedly "civil action 2LU20241".

Looks like a developing story.--Auric 00:15, 5 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Yes, it's been developing in the article's edit history for some days now. See Wikipedia talk:WikiProject UK Railways#LMS Hughes Crab. --Redrose64 (talk) 07:46, 5 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
The story has been covered by Issue 409 of Steam Railway magazine, which came out today. Suggest that this is a WP:RS that should be used, rather than blog sources. Mjroots (talk) 18:47, 7 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
