Homosexuality is NOT illegal in Transnistria. At least their Penal Code states so. http://ukpmr.net/ -> check it there (in Russian).
I sadly can't read Russian, so I've had to based my work on the available English-language sources. Stamboliyski (talk) 23:57, 1 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
Well, I didn't find any websites (other than the page you cite) which prove that homosexuality is banned in Transnistria. I think if there's no any clear evidence of this fact, we should consider that same-sex relationships are legal there. Vovan7349 (talk) 01:01, 2 November 2014 (UTC) Vovan7349Reply
If the only source we have said that it is illegal, it is your job to provide another source that says otherwise. Until then, we can not apply changes without proof. I just added another source indicating the same. --Banfield - Threats here 13:46, 2 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
This source (which seems to be internal and not an external report) does prove that homosexuality is legal in Transnistria besides any possible violations of LGBTI-rights and the lack of any legal prohibition of discrimination. http://ukpmr.net/?Iznasilovanie_i_razvratVovan7349 (talk) 10:20, 9 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
