Löyly (public sauna)Löyly – "Löyly" is a Finnish word meaning the heat and humidity in a sauna and is a more notable concept than this public sauna, but this is the English-speaking Wikipedia and not the Finnish-speaking one. "Löyly" is not an English word and I'm not sure English even has a word for the concept. The public sauna gets tens of incoming links, the Finnish word gets one (I'm not counting Finnish sauna, the target of the redirect löyly). Hei. I think it’s better to keep as it is. ‘Löyly’ is after all a very important concept. As the world is getting more and more interconnected, and more and more people will talk about sauna in English and speak English in the sauna, ‘löyly’ will be used more in English. Here in Australia I met a person who had learnt to say “lisää löylyä”. The building is notable, but after all it is just a sauna, albeit spectacular. • Support per nom. I don't think löyly is a word which has entered the English lexicon yet, so in English-speaking circles the primary usage is the actual sauna in Helsinki, which is mentioned in guidebooks etc.  — Amakuru (talk) 15:46, 14 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
