Could someone who knows more verify that langos is traditionally a potatoe based bread. A hungarian friend of mine disagrees with this.

Some make it with potatoes, some make it without. The easiest way is to mix flour, salt, sour cream and yeast, and that's it, ready to be fried. Street vendors usually make it with potatoes. Your Hungarian friend knows what he is talking about. Lángos is traditionally NOT a potatoe based bread. As the article points out, traditionally it was made of bread dough. Some make it with potatoes, some make it without., generally - without. I made some changes on the topic.Warrington (talk) 19:20, 1 September 2008 (UTC)

Should the section of similar stuff really be here??

The part with Boortsog, boorsoq, or baursak, Mekitsa and Baursaki doesn't seem to fit very well into this article. They look like they are their own article inside this article. Wouldn't it make more sense to have an article for these and then maybe mention that they are similar to lángos instead of listing them and describing them like that? --193.11.163.169 (talk) 19:01, 30 November 2011 (UTC)
