@Adigabrek: - it appears Ningen2006 is causing a lot of damage in a lot of articles. Syntax damage, adding random links that don't verify, questionable content, unexplained deletions etc.. it's often borderline vandalism and rarely an improvement. -- GreenC05:14, 21 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
I don't think they will page protect based on 2 edits only 1 being an IP. They are now an established sock with a history of warnings and reverts a SPI might be required next. -- GreenC21:32, 1 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
