Hello. Two things:

Please read WP:PROD. A PROD tag, once removed, cannot be replaced. It's a one time thing.
The topic of this article is eminently notable. He played professional football in the Ekstraklasa and even a few European Cup matches. Please read WP:NFOOTY.
