This is really not a metropolitan region edit

Whatever quaint notions the SSB might have about what constitutes a metropolitan region, I think Wikipedia is misleading its users by propagation this. This article describes a region that is mostly rural with several settlements or communities and a city of 75,000 people covering an area of 2,909 km².
