Taking a quick look at the article, it's pretty clear to me that it still needs a lot of work to get to GA level. There are a lot of uncited paragraphs that need to be addressed, as well as the problem template and maintenance tags in the Modern-day legacy and influences section. I'm sorry, but there's just too much of a gap between the current state of the article and something that meets the GA criteria, and I am quickfailing this.
