Talk: Kolbjorn Saether. I did not realize I should not delete the tag. The reasons for putting up Kolbjorn Saether is that he was a structural engineer who worked in Chicago, IL for half a century. He has made significant contributions to his field. He is both engineer and inventor with a number of patents. Kolbjorn Saether published many articles on various topics in structural engineering that include his formulation of the structural membrane concept [1], thin shells [2], and flat plates [3].
