This article seems to go a little far with praise for the truck. As somebody who has never eaten there, I did not find this to be a particularly informative article and it does not really describe the one thing I was curious about - the food. i been saying it with a hard G all these years, assuming it was a korean word (most likely, the word for "meat"). but grownish a few weeks back pronounced it with a soft G (i.e. "koji"), which sent me looking. indeed, their own website uses words like kojeelicious, so they are clearly saying it as "koji" as well. which means it's not a korean word...well, not as written anyways.
