This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (This short film festival is promoting short films from all over the globe made in malayalam language and yes, this is not a film festival for "full length" films and please note that, generally a film festival for "short films" are not organized and that's why Kochi Metro (Malayalam) Short Film Fest is important and significant and should be promoted. Mohanlal, widely considered as one of the best actors of India cinema is the festival chairman and why he should support his festival if it is not unique. Yes agreed that short film festivals are not organized or conducted widely as for normal feature films, but this fest has already completed a successful first edition in 2014 and now it is about to start its second edition, please keep the page and remove the delete tag as I will add more references to this page as new edition of fest is about to start. Please note that all festivals are organized event. See another fest All Lights India International Film Festival, it is also an organized event, but for feature films.
