Globalize edit
I added a Globalize clean-up tag because this concept is not just confined to English law, but applies in other countries jurisdictions too. The article should be written so that it is globally relevant to not only criminal jurisdiction that descend from English law, and explain how this varies over time, as well as cover how the concept is treated in other legal jurisdictions independent of the law of England. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 06:57, 8 April 2023 (UTC)
