- (the article is about website) - The website is part of a political campaign (called 'know pratibha patil'), so I am not sure that we should confine this to just a website related article. Again, since this is a political website, I don't think there's anything wrong in discussing how it came about and if there were any dissents against the idea within the creators (provided there are references to back it up). The Times of India report implies there was, hence the section on 'Divided opinion ...'.
- (this article is about website not about the booklet) - As stated before, the scope is broader then just a website related article ... This booklet was distributed to the journalists in the printed form during the launch of the website. The booklet is also available on the website and it can be found there as a PDF document.
