Turkish vs Armenian knot edit

Can we clarify that the so-called Turkish knot is actually of Armenian origin? HayDegha0917 (talk) 06:40, 1 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

There is no evidence for this. Wiki-Cleaner-C (talk) 21:59, 18 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Reversion 06:13, 26 June 2020 edit

From the recent reversion of 06:13, 26 June 2020, what are the issues and components. My edit was made in good faith. Three components of the edit: The knot being of Anatolian carpets (given other cultures of the region have used this knot). The knot also being called the Armenian knot (which is referenced). And using the term Ghiordes knot which is the neutral name. None of these of constitute vandalism.Maidyouneed (talk) 07:55, 28 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Smithsonian magazine is neither academic nor can it be regarded as scientific. Thank you. Wiki-Cleaner-C (talk) 21:59, 18 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
Smithsonian magazine is the publication of the Smithsonian Institute the world's largest museum and research complex, used an example of the alternative naming of the Ghiordes knot. This isn't a question of providence but rather a question of naming. Maidyouneed (talk) 22:56, 18 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
You've also reverted many other changes in one go. If your issue still is the Smithsonian source please only make changes to the problematic section. Maidyouneed (talk) 22:57, 18 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
I am sorry, but your reasoning makes no sense. I have to revert you because of disruptive edit warring. Wiki-Cleaner-C (talk) 22:03, 19 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
