Kingfisher Airlines Frequent Flyer Information

I would like to know why the information related to Kingfisher Airlines frequent flyer program was removed by User:Gnanapiti. It was not promotional. Every airline has a frequent flyer program associated with it & should be a part of the encyclopedia. You can check Mileage Plus, Krisflyer etc which are frequent flyer programs of United Airlines and Singapore Airlines respectively. Also check the airline pages & you will find frequent flyer information.

Please explain why the frequent flyer information should not be included.

Tone of article

The entire article does sound too promotional and seems like it is written by someone affliated with the company itself or someone with an egoistic self-investment in India and Indian business. In constrast to the factual consistency of article pages for other airlines, there is an excess of statements that are tentative and idealistic overview of future plans for Kingfisher Airlines. IFE Status

There is a statement that says KIngfisher is among few other airlines that have PTVs and AVOD on all aicraft. I feel this statement is incorrect. It does not have PTV in its ATR aircraft, although it has a simple IFE. Please edit this very misleading statement. just want to know how's the oversea employment of the cabin crew in kingfisher. As i know their HR department did the interview with oversea applicants. Flyng to Abudhabi and Dubai

Dear Sir,

When are you flying to AbuDhabi and Dubai ? Impatiently waiting especially since you are a bangalore based company and there is a international airport here now . We are finding it difficult to get tickets every season from Abudhabi as Etihad the national airline does not fly to bangalore and we have to travel all the way to Dubai or sharjah . Bangalore to USA service

Does anyone have any substantial information, that can be verifired, as to when Kingfisher is starting its USA (NYC or SFO) Banglaore route? We have a trip planned to India in November and have been waiting for Kingfisher to anounce their service so se can fly them. Please let me know.

Airbus A340 sale to Arik

Just a note, I have removed a reference about three A340s being sold by Kingfisher to Arik. Please note this Airbus press release which indicates that Airbus have sold the aircraft not Kingfisher.[1]. MilborneOne (talk) 20:30, 15 October 2008 (UTC)

Yeah but the aircraft were made for Kingfisher, and painted in Kingfisher colors. If anything they got Airbus to take the aircraft back before delivery. These guys can barely run the routes they have forget adding any new routes or aircraft. This is what happens when you have NON airline people trying to run an Airline. I have removed the Arik information again which has been questioned by User:Druid.raul. The Arik Air aircraft were originally allocated to Kingfisher but that is not the same thing as Kingfisher being involved in their sale to other customers. Should we merge Kingfisher Red Article in this article?

Kingfisher Airlines website mentions Kingfisher Red as a Class and NOT a airline. Kingfisher Red does'nt have its own website nor livery or anything. Its just a Low-cost Class for domestic travel.
I suggest merging the Kingfisher Red article with Kingfisher Airlines article as its creating confusion. i mean if there are separate Kingfisher Airlines and Kingfisher Red articles then Kingfisher Airlines article should not inculde Kingfisher Red's fleet OR we should merge KF and KF Red articles as Air Deccan/Simplifly Deccan is gone in either ways. There is no Kingfisher Red Website, No Kingfisher Red Livery and the DN/DKN Code has been scrapped and now Kingfisher Red uses Kingfisher Airlines' IT/KFR Code. I think thats enough proof that Kingfisher and Kingfisher Red are One airline. On the Kingfisher Airlines website, THERE ARE NO SEPARATE DESTINATIONS for Kingfisher Red. Financial situation

From a certain aviation forum: "Thus, in 2005 you started as an airline, in 2008 you buy a budget carrier and in 2011 you dismantle the budget carrier. What will they do in 2014? Seat recline

The domestic Kingfisher First seats have a 48 inch seat pitch and a 126 degree seat recline

What? Why would a seat recline to where the passenger goes beyond 90 degrees of recline and is 36 degrees upside down? -Rolypolyman (talk) 12:28, 27 February 2013 (UTC)

Kingfisher Airlines Employees

A seperate section needs to be created on all activities of kingfisher airlines including its employees.

Before he left for london, all the salaries of abroad employees was cleared. However, all the employees within India, have not got salary in tune of Rs 300 Crore.

We dont add good or bad things to articles for the sake of it we only cover information that is noteworthy of an encyclopedia. People not getting paid is a fairly common thing to happen and is not unusual or noteworthy for inclusion (I think I am starting to repeat myself). MilborneOne (talk) 16:51, 4 February 2018 (UTC)

Are there any generalized directions which are noteworthy? I fear that in the name of being an information sharing resource, only good things are getting covered here while actual serious incidents get hidden/dismissed. If non payment of dues was a normal issue/incident, then why were so many newspapers reporting this matter?

What I additionally fear is that to every article there is a pro and against lobby always supporting/rejecting any genuine information from getting passed or getting it rejected.
