It is more than a hamlet if it has a civil parish, yes?

Generally an (active?) church makes a village. Certainly is a current unit of government so why not call that sufficient to make it a village, who uses the term hamlet to pinpoint where they are so can avoid it anyway?Adam37 (talk) 21:26, 21 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
