Proposal: Change redirect to an actual content page, and add a disambiguation line to the top of the page

edit

I propose to replace this redirect with the following. I believe a Member of the Order of Canada is sufficiently noteworthy to merit a page here.

Kimberly Pate, CM, is a lawyer in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

In 2014, she was named a Member of the Order of Canada for advocating on behalf of women who are marginalized, victimized or incarcerated, and for her research on women in the criminal justice system..[1]

On second thought, make this a disambiguation page. Somebody else already suggested "Kim Pate" for the lawyer.
