Replacement of "Template:UK Parish" redirection edit

This template, which the article contains, was redircted to one which underwent substantial editing. After a discussion, it was realised that the edited template referred to civil parishes only, and that, since such things were laregly redundant in Scotland, the name of it should be changed to Template:Infobox England and Wales civil parish. This was done, but it leaves this transclusion here in an uncertain state. I've commented it out so that people can decide whether it is a civil parish, as opposed to an ecclesiastical parish, and also so they can decide what to do with it.
