Wikipedia is an encyclopaedia, not a collection of short fiction. If you would like to contribute something of an encyclopaedic nature, that would be tops. There appears to be some discrepancy between the information given, and that provided by the source cited. The breakdown given by the National Reconstruction Bureau is that there is just a single tehsil, Kharan. It states that the tehsil is subdivided into nine union councils:

The Population Census Organization gives the situation at the 1998 census:

educational institutes of kharan
