This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... Kevin Horkin Has been a local political figures who have received significant press coverage.He has campaigned for and achieved some significant changes in the law on the sale of over the counter reading glasses. He was a high profile candidate in the General Election for the Hyndburn Parliamentary Constituency which the article examines in depth with several references.
I will be making further changes to the article bolstering it with more references over the next few days as I work my way steadily through the catalogued material I have amassed.

I have rewritten this piece. It is now very largely factual. I will be adding several more references as I rewrite it further. It will take me time to work my way through the plethora of references I have on fileReply
