(This is the first time that I have created a talk page. I have read the 'talk page guidelines'. I apologise in advance for any errors or breaches of protocol.)

I am concerned about referring to married women by the title 'Mrs' followed by the husband's first and last names. I realise that this was common in the past, but seems offensive now. For example: "Helen (now Mrs Geoff Handbury), Anne (now Mrs Milan Kantor) and Janet (now Mrs John Calvert-Jones)." I would re-write this something like: "Helen (who later married Geoff Handbury), Anne (who later married Milan Kantor) and Janet (who later married John Calvert-Jones)."

The page for Edna_Walling also refers to Dame Elizabeth Murdoch as Mrs Keith Murdoch.

The Australian media would now no longer use this way of referring to a married woman, and probably has not done for a couple of decades.
