Merger proposal

edit

The article A. J. John Memorial High School doesn't seem to meet the general notability guideline or the specific requirements for organizations. To quote, "Organizations whose activities are local in scope (e.g., a school or local chapter of a club) may be notable if there is substantial verifiable evidence of coverage by reliable independent sources outside the organization's local area. Where coverage is only local in scope, the organization may be included as a section in an article on the organization's local area instead." As the guideline seems fairly clear, I'm suggesting a merger and will proceed shortly without prompt objection showing evidence that there is some sort of coverage or notability outside the local area (I was able to find none.) I Agree. Since both are stubs, merger would be the correct way to go. If in the future, there is independent coverage for the school, it could be spun out as a separate article.--Sodabottle (talk) 20:36, 17 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
Glad you do. I'm pretty busy right now offline but I'll get to it when I can. Chromancer (talk) 04:41, 21 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
