Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Katy Gallagher. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

'Mansplaining' viral video

This video is the only reason Kay Gallagher would be known to anyone who isn't one of her constituents. The abrupt and immediate deletion - without any explanation - clearly points to a POV bias by User:Canley. There may be an argument for where the reference should be placed, but straightforward deletion with no explanation points to a NPOV flaw in the reverting user's attitude. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.132.192.87 (talk) 01:54, 30 November 2016 (UTC)

Do I even have to justify this? Firstly, this is a ridiculously trivial "incident" with a mild disagreement between opposing party members—the likes of which dozens occur every sitting day in almost every parliament. You add it to the article lede, then try and bolster it up by claiming that this exchange is the only reason Gallagher—the former chief minister of the ACT—is known to people outside Canberra. Then when reverted, and asked to discuss you throw around accusations of bias, ownership and POV editing—rather hypocritical in my view. However, I am happy to concede if other editors agree with your claims and inclusion of this item. --Canley (talk) 02:26, 30 November 2016 (UTC)
I think it should be included but the section about it was far too long in the article. The only noteworthy aspect is that the video 'went viral' I have updated the article due to WP:UNDUE. 2001:8003:ED10:B501:F0B2:49E7:FE48:C27E (talk) 00:22, 23 May 2022 (UTC)

Mean girls

Should we add in a section covering the Senator Kitching “mean girls” media coverage?180.150.68.232 (talk) 09:10, 24 May 2022 (UTC)
