Which tribe was he a member of? Badagnani 09:19, 24 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Sachem Katonah was the Chief of the Ramapoo in Connecticut. The tribe itself was confederacy of other tribes in the area. Sachem Katonah had political influence over much of Southwestern Connecticut, Northern Jersey and Southeastern New York. Ramapoughnative 04:39, 14 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Is this the same as the Ramapough Mountain Indians? If properly sourced, this information should be added to the article. Badagnani (talk) 01:25, 21 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
