I'm a Microsoft employee, so shouldn't make this edit myself. Could an editor without a conflict of interest please make these changes?

  • Boards and honors section, first sentence, insert before "and":

  • Add section Awards and recognition containing:

In 2021, Hogan was named "HR Executive of the Year" by Human Resource Executive magazine for her leadership and people strategy throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.[2] In 2022, she was inducted as a fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources.[3]
