WP:BLPGOSSIP?

I disagree with MarkYabloko's contention that this article is in violation of WP:BLPGOSSIP. The sources are solid, especially the Reuters article. The Reuters article did a pretty in-depth investigation and goes a lot further in its claims and directly states that Katerina is Putin's daughter, but I chose to be more conservative in my wording. Indeed, it can not be rumors, or as hard to believe, can not even be based on primary source(s) only, as stated above.

Wikipedia's main namespace is an encyclopedia and thus a tertiary source.

Notability?

What makes her notable? I agree we should mention her, but I'd rather see this in an article about family of Putin, not here, given issues with WP:NBIO. _{Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here} 07:33, 14 June 2022 (UTC)

• She is a quite important businesswoman at least nominally and one of a rumored heirs for the position of Russian President. There is also a significant coverage. I am all for creating family of Putin article but I am afraid if we put all the info we already have it will be too long, so I will rather have sections on Vladimir Spiridonovich Putin, Lyudmila Putina, Maria Vorontsova, Alina Kabaeva, etc. with brief summaries and main articles correspondent to each of the personage.
