Feedback from New Page Review process

I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: The references provided in the article do not rightly satisfy WP:GNG, and WP:NORG criteria; you need to provide references where the subject of the article is discussed in brief, not that there are passing mentions. I would be following future reviewers..

Names

Do we know for sure that Karwan-I-Islami and Carvaan-e-Islami are the same thing? I think the answer is yes, because they have the same leader. The names used in sources were as follows

  1. [1] Karwan-I-Islami J&K
  2. [2] Carvaan-e-Islami
  3. [3] Karwan-e-Islami
  4. [4] Karwaan-e-Islami
  5. [5] Karwani Islami Jammu and Kashmir
  6. [6] Jammu and Kashmir Karwani-Islami
  7. same source as [2]
  8. [7] Karwani Islami
  9. [8] Karwani Islami Jammu and Kashmi

The following sources mention who was leader.

  • [9] says that the founder of Karwan Islami in 2004 was Amir Karwan Allama Ghulam Rasool Hami.
  • [10] says that the Chairman of Karwani Islami Jammu and Kashmir in December 2018 was Molana Ghulam Rasool Hami.
  • [11] says that Moulana Ghulam Rasool Hami was president of Carvaan-e-Islami in May 2012.
  • [12] says that Maulana Ghulam Rasool Hami was chairman of Karwani Islami in December 2016.
  • [13] says that Moulana Ghulam Rasool Hami was chairman of Karwani Islami Jammu and Kashmir in December 2018

Note that there is an organisation called Caravan-e-Islami mentioned in The Scout: The Definitive Account of David Headley and the Mumbai Attacks, by Shirish Thorat and Sachin Waze. Caravan-e-Islami was formed by Abu Shoaib to fight in Afghanistan. That is evidently a different group. -- Toddy1 (talk) 13:32, 20 May 2020 (UTC)

This is always the problem. For example, we write Darul Uloom, some write it as Darul Ulum, while others opt Dar al-Ulum, and so on and so forth. This won't be any issue. Later, the addition of the state name, is common. Usually we drop it here. The only issue left is that is that Karwan-I-Islami and Carvaan-e-Islami are same - this should be clarified. - Aaqib Anjum Aafī (talk) 15:23, 20 May 2020 (UTC)
[2] states that Speaking on the occasion, Moulana Ghulam Rasool Hami, president of Carvaan-e-Islami (CeI) said his organisation would join voice with Syed Ali Shah Geelani in his efforts for unity. This thing clarifies this confusion as well. Aaqib Anjum Aafī (talk) 15:57, 20 May 2020 (UTC)
